3 Recipes of Crepes Savory

This is not the first time that here we speak of crepes.

They are simple, fast and extremely versatile. The crepes enable a multitude of options, for both main dishes, as desserts or even snacks.

This time let’s talk about crepes salgados.

And we have some recipes for you!

We found this recipe on the blog of the

Double Mystery. An option tasty and (good news!) low-calorie.

– Ingredients –

  • 1 + ¾ cup of flour
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 + ¼ cup of water with gas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 c. tablespoon of dill chopped
  • 2 c. tablespoon chives, chopped
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Vegetable oil q. b. (for greasing the pan)

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Here the secret is the same as the mass of the crepes. In a bowl, mix the flour and the salt.
  2. Then, make a hole in the center of the mixture, add the eggs and mix.
Little by little, go join the milk and the sparkling water and beat well (with the help of a magic wand).
When you obtain a homogeneous mass, add the dill and chives finely chopped and mix again.
Now we just need to even cook the crepes. Heat a teaspoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan (on medium heat) and when it is hot place a portion of dough (you can use a shell) in the frying pan.
Spread the dough over the pan to cover the bottom, and let it cook. When the tips start to lift, turn and cook the other side.
When you are ready, remove, book, and pass it to the next crepe. Repeat the process until you run out of dough, without forgetting to grease the frying pan with vegetable oil between each crepe.
If the dough starts to get too thick, add a little milk or sparkling water and stir well.
Then just fill to taste. Smoked salmon and cream cheese is the tip of the Double Mystery.
