Factors and Procedures Used in Admissions

Full-time program
The Graziadio School prepares students to become economically, socially, and environmentally responsible business leaders with the capacity for values-centered decision-making. We evaluate each candidate’s overall credentials, including exam score, leadership qualities, academic performance, and extracurricular activities.
Executive program
The Executive MBA program requires a minimum of seven years of professional experience, with at least two years of significant management responsibility. A completed application, career aspirations statement, official undergraduate transcript, two program interviews and two letters of recommendation are required.
Part-time program
The Fully Employed MBA program applicant has professional work experience and the goal to develop or enhance critical management competencies. The Admission Committee evaluates each candidate holistically, considering: work experience; bachelor’s degree; essays; management responsibilities and experience; recommendations; and GMAT, GRE, or TOEFL scores.
