A surprisingly large share of customers at BestBuy, have sent their new Samsung Galaxy Gear return to the dealer.
Samsung’s new product Galaxy Gear, there’s a smartwatch, so a watch that communicates with the user’s smartphone, has been returned by a surprisingly large proportion of buyers.
Figures from the internet store our site shows that over 30 percent of the sold Samsung Galaxy Gear will be returned to the dealer, because customers for some reason do not want the product anyway, writes Geek.com.
It is a worrying high count and BestBuy have therefore launched a study to uncover the cause of the many returns.
The figures indicate only the trend at BestBuy, and is therefore not a complete picture customer satisfaction with the product.
