What to do if you Forgot Password/unlock pattern on your Android phone?
Fortunately, Android has a built-in protection mechanism. All you need to do is enter your access code incorrectly five times. So, you should just be able to type the credentials for the Google account linked to your phone and it will ask you to create a new password. A Second Option to Unlock Your Android When You Forget Your Password
Unfortunately, the official Google method is known to have some serious problems in the past, how it doesn’t work for everyone. How Do the Unlock on Windows Phone?
You cannot use soft reset that you can’t spend your lock screen. You need to do what we call a hard reset using hardware keys for volume and on/off switch. It is very easy to do the hard reset on Windows Phone. It won’t take long to restore the phone. Remember that different devices can have different keys for the Hard Reset. For example, in Nokia, Lumia hard Reset is done by holding the camera button, on/off and volume down until the phone vibrate. Your device will return to the factory settings. You will have to configure your phone again.
Remember: ALWAYS make a backup of your data before any such problem happening.

What to Do If You Forgot the Password of Your iOS Device?
If you set a password on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, and you or someone else put the wrong password too many times, your device will turn off temporarily. If you enter the wrong password six times in a row, you will be blocked and you will see the following message:
iPhone is disabled;
iPad is disabled;
iPod touch is disabled
IPhone is disabled message on the screen.
If you do not remember your password, you will have to delete the device using iTunes, Find My iPhone, or recovery mode. Then, use a backup to get your data and settings back on your device.
Using Itunes to Restore Your iOS Device
If you synchronize your device with iTunes, you can restore your device.
Connect your device to your computer as if you were syncing normally. Open iTunes. If iTunes asks you to enter the password, try another computer that you have done the synchronization. Otherwise, use another method that we describe below. ITunes will automatically sync the device and create a backup. If that doesn’t happen, synchronize the device with iTunes.
After synchronization is complete, restore your device. When the iOS Configuration Wizard asking to configure your device, choose Restore backup of iTunes. ” Select your device in iTunes and choose the most recent backup.
Using the Find My Iphone to Retrieve Your iOS Device
If you have enabled Find My iPhone, you can use it to delete the device. Go to icloud.com/#find to see if you have enabled the Find My iPhone.
Click all devices at the top of your browser window. Select your device and click “Delete [device]” to erase the device and your password. Use the device configuration Assistant to restore the most recent backup.
Using Recovery Mode for Your iOS Device
Follow these steps if you have never synchronized your device with iTunes, if you don’t have the Find My iPhone configured, or if you can’t get to your own computer. You need to put your device in recovery mode to switch off the device and your password. So you’re going to do the restoration.
Disconnect all cables from the device and unplug the device. Press and hold the Home button. While holding the Home button, connect your device to iTunes. If the device does not automatically turn on, turn it on. Continue holding the Home button until you see the connect to iTunes screen. iTunes will alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then restore the device.
