Samsung’s last two Galaxy phones are priced Alpha-mobiles-even if they are not called Alpha.
With Galaxy Alpha introduced the Samsung a new design language that combines alu-design and ultra-thin profile. Samsung’s new idiom can now also witness in two new launches: Galaxy A3 and A5.
Which Galaxy Alpha caters to the upscale segment, the two A-mobiles more accessible, both in price but also in color and features which are geared toward the younger segment. With colors like white, Navy Blue, gold, pink and light blue in the portfolio is younger Asian women shown in focus.
Metal frame is still to find, but the design allows now that the onboard storage of 16 GB (A5) and 8 GB (A3) expandable with micro-SD. As in Galaxy Alpha is dimensions modest and the construction is easy.
Galaxy A5 is with its 5 “inch screen biggest and gauge 139.3 x 28.3 x 6.7 mm, while the A3 meter 130.1 x 65.5 x 6.9 mm and houses a smaller 4.5” screen. The emphasis is on 130 and 110 grams, respectively for A5 and A3.

Processor in the A3 and A5 belongs to the mid-range, with a Snapdragon processor at 400 1.2 GHz and 2 GB of RAM, respectively (A5) and 1 GB of RAM (A3). The software is Google’s Android with Samsung’s Touchwiz adaptation KitKat 4.4.
On the camera front, both the A3 and A5 selfien in focus, where a front-facing camera at 5MP must ensure good self-portraits. On the back is the strongest endued with an A5 13 MP camera, while the A3 must be content with 8MP.
Galaxy A3 and A5 are initially aimed at the Chinese market, but several markets are expected to get the new mobiles in the deal in the coming months.
[UPDATE] Samsung Denmark confirms to our site that the two new phones are expected to hit the Nordic markets in the beginning of 2015.
