Candidates are assessed based on their passion for learning design in management and sustainable value. Candidates are interviewed, and evaluated by essay responses, GMAT score, recommendation letters, professional success, work experience relevance, communication and critical thinking skills.

Executive program

Candidates are assessed based on their desire to become great leaders. A minimum of ten years relevant work experience, with at least five years involving managerial responsibilities is required. The applicants are also evaluated based on their potential for career advancement to the boardroom and ability to fully engage and provide value to the cohort and its members.

Part-time program

Candidates are assessed based on their passion for learning design in management and sustainable value.
