How many days should you plan for Seville?
For a quick, quick look at the absolute highlights of Seville, a two-day stay is the bare minimum. In order to take it easy and really experience the Andalusian lifestyle, you should plan four days or even more.
If you go to Seville in midsummer, you should plan a little more time. From 1:00 or 2:00 p.m. it just gets too hot to walk the streets and the whole city takes its siesta. So you can’t do nearly as much in one day as in spring or autumn.
When is the best time to visit Seville?
It can still be cool in the evenings in Seville in spring, but the daytime temperatures are ideal for exploring the city. April and May are excellent months to visit.
From June it will slowly but surely get hotter in Seville, with daytime temperatures climbing to over 30 degrees. At night, however, it cools down refreshingly.
From July to early September, Seville is only suitable for you if you are very heat-resistant, with over 40 degrees during the day.
From mid-September it will be cooler again. In October it is usually still warm like summer, but it can also rain from time to time.
From November to March it rains much more often and the temperatures drop to around 15 degrees.
